Why should I meditate?
A mind that is quite, is beautiful.
Does our mind ever stop getting all these thoughts? even when we don't want them. In our day, is there even a moment of peace in your mind? Or are we always thinking?
If we are the master of our mind, why isn't it, in our control? Why are we always so distracted?
Most of us don't believe that such a peaceful state is even possible, living the kind of modern lives we live.
But is there a practical way out of this?
What is Sahajayoga?
A meditation and mindfulness practice to establish your connection with the divine.
~Spirituality simplified.
Meditation isn't supposed to be that boring or painful. We all know that we are the spirit within, and it isn't supposed to be that hard to achieve your self-realization. Sahajayoga is a simple method, with which every common man can achieve his union with the divine, without needing to change anything externally. When your kundalini awakens, you enjoy the meditation, the music and the bliss of life.
In Sahajayoga we experience the joy of spirituality through puja, meditation, and music.

Sahajayoga is always free for all, regardless of ethnicity, race or age.
Does Sahajayoga follow any Religion?
When we look carefully towards saints, incarnations and religious scriptures from across the globe and ages of time, all of them have essentially tried to communicate the same thing.
Sahaja Yoga integrates of all what was made chaos in modern times in the name of religion by false gurus to confuse people and earn money. Sahaja Yoga shows you what it really means to be one with the divine. What Gautam Buddha, Mahavira, Shirdi's Sai Natha, Shri Dnyaana Deva, Shri Krishna, Shri Nanaka, Saint Kabira, Muhammad Sahab, Socrates, and Adi Shankaracharya all were trying to say.
What is the truth? What is the Yoga?
The truth as we all know is that we are the spirit. And we don't need to pay any money, do any hard tapasya or fasting in the name of god to achieve our connection with the divine.
You are born with it and hence it is your birth right to achieve it.
Yoga means union, and not the physical excersize you do. But the way in which you become one with the divine.
Saha-ja means- Saha(with) and Ja(janma=being born), so one that is born with you.
What will I do becoming spiritual?
Spirituality in not meant by doing excessive Puja and spending countless hours time taking the name of god.
It is just your connection with the divine, just like the one you have with your mother.
Becoming spiritual doesn't mean that you become so-called outwardly theist and boring. But becoming so cool that now nothing affects you and your joy. Existing amongst all problems, now you become separate from it.
You don't change your way of life, but you gain a new & a much broader perspective of life. You become wiser and don't fall into the same traps as others often do. You loose your tendencies and become the best version of yourself. Calm, Confident and Joyous! ~just like Shri Rama.
